Job Description
- Provide daily technical support for IT operations and end-users.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Assist in IT asset management and system documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors or higher level IT teams for issue escalation.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or similar roles is highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Windows 11 and macOS operating systems.
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and/or Google Workspace.
